Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives forward while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving issues promptly.

Execute regional sales strategies with precision and drive revenue growth to meet established targets.

Direct the growth and advancement of Area Sales Managers and their respective sales teams, ensuring they achieve and sustain peak performance levels.

Explore emerging business opportunities, lead initiatives for market expansion, and cultivate new growth channels to drive organizational development.

Cultivate strong, enduring connections with major customers, distributors, and channel partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Execute Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems with precision to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Analyze market trends, assess competitor actions, and evaluate customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

Partner with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive improvements in customer experience and operational effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, ISO requirements, and health and safety regulations.

*Requires a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Demonstrated expertise in project management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools are essential. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Candidates must exhibit a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines while adhering to best practices and compliance standards.*

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of proven experience in sales management, ideally having held a regional leadership position, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.

Exceptional abilities in leadership, negotiation, and relationship management are essential for this role.

Experienced in cultivating revenue expansion and optimizing sales performance metrics.

Demonstrates strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force Automation systems.
