Compiles and submits Mesa Payment Vouchers for authorization and subsequent processing.

The position assists the finance team with document organization, filing, and archiving to maintain the security of financial records and facilitate efficient retrieval.

Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheets (PLACES), maintaining precision in charge codes.

Facilitates the monthly bank reconciliation process to ensure accurate financial records and identify discrepancies.

Processes monthly payroll statutory deductions and ensures timely remittance to relevant regulatory authorities.

Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheet to facilitate seamless posting in the financial system.

Financial documents must be promptly archived within the document management system (DMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Conducts weekly reconciliations of individual accounts or balance sheet accounts, compiling detailed schedules for review by the Finance Officer.

Compiles and records necessary adjustments and reallocation journal entries.

Collaborates effectively to meet all audit requirements and provides necessary support throughout the audit process.

Ensures adherence to all SCI rules and regulations in the daily performance of duties.

Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor to support operational needs and objectives.
