Assignment available from June 8 to June 13, 2026, encompassing Kisumu, Vieira, Kaka mega, Nakuru, Machos, and Iamb Counties.
Develop an engaging and professionally crafted documentary video spanning 20–25 minutes, spotlighting innovative agroecology initiatives and inspiring success narratives led by youth and women in the designated counties.
Perform structured, professional interviews with the chosen beneficiaries.
Produce professional-grade, high-resolution photographs documenting agro-ecological practices, enterprises, and demonstrations with precision and clarity.
Craft a minimum of two (2) concise video clips, each ranging from one to two minutes in length, specifically designed for social media initiatives and digital narrative formats.
Ensure every video incorporates cohesive branding elements, accurate subtitles, clear captions, smooth transitions, and compelling storytelling techniques.
Deliver edited and unprocessed video content in high-definition resolutions, utilizing formats such as MP4 and QuickTime.
Prepare and deliver professionally edited images in both high-resolution and web-optimized formats suitable for social media distribution.
Collaborate closely with the PLUM Kenya Communications team to ensure that all content adheres to the organization’s branding and messaging guidelines.
PLUM Kenya requests that all photographs and videos be provided in soft copy format and transferred onto a USB drive, which you must purchase and subsequently deliver to the PLUM Kenya offices.
The assignment is expected to span a predetermined period, with the duration clearly outlined in the contractual agreement. Candidates must be available for the full length of the project to ensure continuity and successful completion of all deliverables. The specific timeframe will be discussed during the interview process, allowing both parties to align expectations regarding commitment and availability.
The project will take place from June 8 to June 13, 2026, spanning four working days and two travel days across Kisumu, Vieira, Kaka mega, Nakuru, Machos, and Iamb Counties.

PLUM Kenya will provide transportation and coordination assistance exclusively throughout the duration of the assignment.
The consultant will cover all additional expenses incurred, such as lodging, meals, and any miscellaneous costs.
5REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ASSIGNMENT
Organizational structure and biographical details of key technical personnel assigned to this role will be provided as part of the company or consultant profile.
Proven expertise in videography, photography, and documentary production, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in the field.
Experienced in producing documentation for agriculture, agroecology, climate resilience, youth empowerment, and women empowerment initiatives.
Please provide a minimum of three (3) samples or links to comparable documentaries, photo stories, or completed assignments.
Proven technical proficiency demonstrated through the use of professional-grade filming, photography, and editing equipment is required.
A detailed financial quotation clearly indicating professional fees and any related costs.
Holds a valid Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Personal Identification Number (PIN) and an up-to-date Tax Compliance Certificate.
