Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; alternatively, equivalent professional experience may be considered. Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Experience with full-stack development, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams are mandatory. Prior experience in mentoring junior developers or leading technical projects is a plus.

A minimum of three years’ experience in operations management or senior team leadership is required, preferably within a contact center, BPO, or service delivery environment.
