Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. At least two years of hands-on experience in a related role is required, along with proficiency in industry-specific software or tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and organizational capabilities are also necessary to meet project deadlines and maintain team alignment. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory guidelines is highly desirable.
A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
Professional HR certification, including CHRP(K), HRM, or an equivalent credential, is highly advantageous.
