Draft sale agreements, leases, transfers, securities, and completion documents with precision and thoroughness.
Perform comprehensive legal due diligence assessments for property-related transactions to identify potential risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
Facilitate the registration of properties in strict adherence to applicable land laws and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with land registries, survey offices, and the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning to facilitate approvals and registrations.
Prepare, examine, and finalize commercial contracts and transactional agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Offer expert legal counsel and advisory services pertaining to commercial and real estate transactions and related legal matters.
Verify that all transactions adhere to applicable legal and regulatory mandates.
