You will be responsible for:
Serving as a project leader, you will provide mentorship to junior field engineers, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
Delivering hands-on guidance and oversight to junior field engineers in their daily well site operations and tasks.
Offering guidance and support to external clients and third-party well site associates when necessary.
Performing additional duties as necessary to support operational needs.

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
A Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, specifically in a Directional Driller (DD) supervisory role.
DDR experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in the execution and implementation of drilling operations across various applications.
Capable of selecting the appropriate product and service solutions for both straightforward and sophisticated applications.
Demonstrated capability to operate effectively within a global matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling presentations with clarity and impact.
Demonstrate outstanding proficiency in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
Capable of traveling as needed, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, and training sessions.
