Senior Human Resources Officer (Reference: CIH-HR-05/2026)

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will act on behalf of the Principal, delivering leadership and governance for the Institution while managing the routine academic, administrative, and operational activities of the designated campus. This position guarantees the successful execution of academic programs, staff oversight, student support initiatives, operational effectiveness, adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements, and the execution of the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functionality; devise and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives; monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making; maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies; provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members to foster professional growth; manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize financial outcomes.

Demonstrate leadership while overseeing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

The incumbent will facilitate the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional goals. They will supervise academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold training excellence and foster an enriching student experience.

Foster a culture of professionalism, discipline, accountability, and exceptional customer service to enhance the overall student experience throughout the campus.

Oversee departmental leaders, trainers, and support personnel to uphold service standards and maintain operational effectiveness.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, fostering collaborative partnerships, and engaging with the local community within the designated campus catchment area.

Ensure the appropriate use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets.

Oversee adherence to VET regulatory mandates and institutional quality assurance frameworks, encompassing Quality Management System standards such as ISO 9001:2015.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Java, Python, or C++ being essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills are necessary. Must possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, candidates should possess a strong foundation in these fields.

Exceptional leadership capabilities, outstanding communication proficiency, and finely honed organizational talents are essential for this position.

Demonstrated expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) as well as administrative systems is essential.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is highly desirable.
