Develop and enhance the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise by collaborating closely with franchise leadership and bottlers to establish comprehensive support strategies.
Elevate the focus on quarterly commercial priorities within the franchise framework to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Deliver the optimal BBM model tailored to the Franchise, establishing and maintaining the correct pack architecture while adapting strategies in response to shifting market conditions, and utilizing the “on Demand Hub” to implement impactful scenarios and solutions.
Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, functioning as the primary strategic advisor and trusted right-hand partner to the Franchise GM.
Attract and onboard the most suitable talent to fulfill the critical initiatives outlined in the “On Demand Hub,” which include enhancing affordability, strengthening the premium segment, optimizing channel performance, advancing RGM X and RTM strategies, and driving digital transformation.
Offer strategic commercial perspectives and final authorization for all marketing campaigns, as well as the Picture of Success, while ensuring seamless integration into marketing plans and processes.
Contribute commercial expertise to the development and refinement of Commercial Strategies—spanning the ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—to ensure alignment with market demands and conditions.
