We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee a range of critical duties, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to established protocols. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. Additionally, the position requires thorough record-keeping, precise documentation, and timely reporting facilitating informed decision-making. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.

Oracle ERP applications are administered, maintained, and supported, along with database management, training provision, and technical assistance.

Implementing ICT projects encompassing Network, Security, Software, Hardware, and Application initiatives.

Facilitate the seamless functioning of core systems and communication networks to uphold operational efficiency.

Develop and execute an IT strategic plan aligned with the organization’s corporate and business objectives.

Maintain the security and integrity of systems and equipment continuously.

Develop and enforce the organization’s information and communication technology policies.

ICT Asset Allocation and Management involves strategically distributing and overseeing information and communication technology resources to optimize performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires expertise in evaluating technology needs, balancing budgets, and implementing policies to ensure assets are utilized effectively while mitigating risks. Responsibilities include tracking asset lifecycles, managing procurement and deployment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in asset management tools, and a keen understanding of IT infrastructure are essential for success in this position.

Network configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Local Area Network are essential responsibilities, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of the network infrastructure.

The process involves selecting IT service providers and managing their contracts.

Sourcing and acquisition of information and communication technology (ICT) equipment.

Assist senior leadership in the execution of online tendering procedures.

Provide technical assistance for audio and video teleconferencing solutions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across digital platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or substantively equivalent hands-on technical experience is required.

ERP deployment expertise, along with strong support and usage skills, is required.

A preference exists for candidates with a completed CCNA course, while possession of an GCSE certification or relevant equivalent experience is mandatory.

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in IT support roles, the ideal candidate will bring a robust background in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and technical assistance to ensure seamless operational efficiency.

We possess a thorough understanding of technical management, information analysis, and hardware/software systems.

Proficiency in data management and governance principles is required, with a strong ability to oversee data quality, integrity, and security while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Proficient in Agile project management methodologies, with a strong ability to adapt to iterative development processes, prioritize tasks effectively, and foster collaborative team environments. Demonstrated experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to drive project success, enhance productivity, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Capable of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating sprint planning, and managing backlog refinement to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Seasoned in deploying, configuring, and maintaining both wired and wireless local area networks as well as firewall systems.
