The selected candidate will conduct scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance while adhering to aviation regulations and safety protocols. Responsibilities encompass conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, servicing aircraft systems, and documenting maintenance activities meticulously. Collaboration with the technical team is essential to uphold fleet airworthiness and operational efficiency.
Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-specific software or tools. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance is required.
Highly skilled pilot with a valid type rating on the Dash 8 and/or Cessna 208 aircraft, possessing the necessary qualifications and proficiency to operate these aircraft models effectively and safely.
A minimum of three years of management experience in an aviation engineering setting is required.
Management experience, whether at a foundational or supervisory level, will be viewed favorably during the selection process.
Earned a technical degree or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
