Position Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader – Merchandising, the Field Merchandising Representative (FMR) will execute merchandising initiatives, uphold shelf presentation standards, guarantee product availability, facilitate returns governance, and collect market intelligence across designated outlets. Serving as the primary operational liaison of the company within the retail landscape, the FMR will represent the brand’s standards and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Overseeing returns management and governance processes ensures efficient handling of returned items while maintaining compliance with established policies and regulatory standards. This role involves implementing and monitoring return procedures, optimizing reverse logistics operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments to minimize disruptions. Responsibilities include analyzing return trends, identifying areas for process improvement, and enforcing governance frameworks to uphold accountability and transparency. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with stakeholders to align return policies with business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years of related experience are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a must. Candidates must demonstrate experience with project management and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and time management abilities are necessary to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Holding a minimum GCSE Certificate is required for this position.

A background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline, evidenced by a relevant certificate or diploma, would be considered an additional asset.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in merchandising, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales support, retail operations, or field execution roles.
