We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the ACBLRM-052026 position. Applicants must hold a degree in business administration, finance, or a closely related field, along with at least five years of progressive experience in a managerial capacity. The role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, developing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of driving efficiency, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable results.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing a range of operational, strategic, and administrative tasks vital to organizational success, ensuring alignment with established goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, resolve challenges, and maintain seamless workflows. Analyze performance metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall productivity. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members to achieve their full potential. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.

Direct the team of service staff, fostering a culture of excellence through robust training initiatives, strategic scheduling, and rigorous performance evaluations.

Oversee the daily operational activities of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistently maintaining Artcaffé’s elevated standards of excellence.

Cultivate a hospitable environment by actively interacting with guests and addressing their concerns with professionalism.

Partner with kitchen personnel and management staff to facilitate seamless coordination and deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Contribute to inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain rigorous adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing plans aimed at increasing revenue and elevating guest experiences.

Seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines is highly valued.

A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.

With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on leadership experience within a restaurant, café, or hotel setting, you will bring proven expertise in overseeing operations and guiding teams to success.

Exceptional leadership abilities are essential, enabling you to inspire and cultivate a high-performing, diverse team while fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Proven expertise in clear, persuasive communication and analytical problem-solving, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution of complex challenges.

Experience with POS/ERP systems, such as Micros, is considered advantageous.

The role requires the ability to adapt to varying work schedules, encompassing weekends and holidays.
