Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and team success. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Lead project planning, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high standards of quality. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication, mitigate risks, and uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Mentor and coach team members to cultivate talent, boost morale, and maximize individual and collective contributions.

Lead curriculum development workshops, engaging founders, advisors, faculty, and key stakeholders to drive collaborative creation and refinement of educational programs.

Identify and create 2-3 concise courses, slated for imminent release, to cultivate an initial audience, validate key program hypotheses, and showcase forward momentum to collaborators and investors.

Develop a comprehensive curriculum framework and overarching program architecture for the school.

Develop structured educational trajectories, design the sequence of academic programs, organize individual modules, and establish clear learning objectives.

Assist in embedding entrepreneurship, innovation, and professional practice into academic and professional programs.

Provide guidance on instructional methodologies, studio-based educational frameworks, and the design of student experiences.

Transform workshop results into well-defined curriculum materials and structured implementation plans.

Work in close partnership with operations and leadership teams to plan, coordinate, document, and execute workshops effectively.

Offer strategic guidance on optimizing academic frameworks, refining assessment methodologies, and fostering interdisciplinary learning initiatives.

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of leading global and African educational frameworks in creative studies to guide the creation and enhancement of curricula.

Developing and implementing comprehensive curriculum roadmaps alongside strategic recommendations to guide educational initiatives and enhancements.

Proven track record in leading and executing interactive workshops, co-creation sessions, or collaborative learning initiatives with diverse groups.

Proficiency in innovative educational frameworks, including experiential learning, studio-based approaches, interdisciplinary studies, or alternative pedagogical methods.

Skilled in fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders, delivering clear and concise communication, and demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities.

Preferred, candidates with a background in arts, culture, fashion, design, or other creative sectors will be given strong consideration.

A strong familiarity with African creative ecosystems and cultural contexts is highly desirable.

Proven capability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure team settings while adapting seamlessly to ongoing changes.

Duration:

The consultancy is anticipated to span approximately 12 to 16 weeks, divided into two distinct phases. A review checkpoint will be conducted between these phases to evaluate progress, ensure strategic alignment, and determine the continuation of the engagement.

Reporting Line:

The consultant will collaborate extensively with the Arts Education Initiative team and report directly to the assigned Operations Lead at Pharos Foundation.
