Key duties, determined by the assigned operational role, encompass the execution of core functions essential to the position, including the oversight of critical tasks, the management of assigned projects, and the fulfillment of performance objectives outlined in the role’s scope. These responsibilities may involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to established policies and procedures, and the consistent delivery of results in alignment with organizational goals.

Install, configure, commission, and maintain microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and other telecom infrastructure at tower and rooftop sites.

Perform Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and conduct thorough site quality inspections to verify the installation of new equipment and infrastructure.

Execute routine and remedial maintenance tasks on telecom equipment to maintain optimal network performance and service reliability.

Perform diagnostics and replace defective radio, transmission, and power systems at tower and rooftop installation sites.

Support network optimization efforts by conducting drive tests, analyzing signal data, diagnosing faults, and implementing performance enhancement measures.

Maintain and ensure the operational integrity of electrical power systems, encompassing rectifiers, batteries, generators (DEG), power distribution systems, grounding systems, and site electrical protection systems.

Oversee and examine on-site electrical systems to verify adherence to established electrical engineering standards and safety protocols.

Perform regular inspections and maintenance on tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough assessment of rust treatment, earthing system integrity, and structural integrity.

Perform comprehensive site surveys, execute detailed technical assessments, and conduct thorough feasibility studies to evaluate network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancement opportunities.

Facilitate the execution of network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and technology deployment projects to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Compile maintenance reports, incident documentation, acceptance records, and operational logs with precision and punctuality.

Oversee daily operations by offering hands-on technical guidance, mentoring, and task delegation to assigned technicians, fostering both field productivity and strict adherence to established protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of at least three years in a similar role, preferably within the marketing or communications sector.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and deliver clear presentations.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

A relevant technical qualification such as a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a comparable field is required.

Minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in telecom field operations, radio systems’ administration, or network maintenance is required.

Proficiency in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of microwave radio systems, as well as LTE/GSM equipment, is essential. Practical experience in these areas is required.

Professional vendors holding pertinent certifications will be highly advantageous to the selection process.

A fundamental grasp of electrical engineering concepts, including AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, generators, batteries, grounding techniques, and electrical safety protocols, is required.

Individuals must possess a current Fall Arrest Certification valid for a minimum of one year from the expiry date.

Candidates must possess relevant certification or training in RF Awareness, HSE, and DISH regulations.

Physically and medically capable of performing duties at elevated heights and in field environments.
