Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, ensuring uninterrupted service and consistently meeting Artcaffé’s stringent quality benchmarks.
Create a friendly and inviting environment by actively interacting with guests and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to maintain seamless coordination and deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests.
Support inventory management, stock control, and procurement activities to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards without exception.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and elevating guest experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning are also highly desirable.
A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline is highly desirable.
Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing, diverse team through motivation and professional growth initiatives.
Proficient in effectively conveying ideas and resolving challenges with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
