Role Purpose

The successful candidate will assist the Branch Administrator in maintaining seamless daily branch operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing comprehensive administrative support. This position offers hands-on experience in branch administration, customer interaction, records management, and operational assistance, while also playing a key role in ensuring outstanding service delivery and operational efficiency.

Applicants must possess an advanced degree in a relevant academic discipline, complemented by specialized training or certifications pertinent to the field. A strong foundation in theoretical and applied research methodologies is essential, alongside a proven track record of scholarly contributions, such as publications, conference presentations, or innovative projects. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving is required, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools and technologies. Additionally, candidates should exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively disseminate complex information to diverse audiences. Prior professional experience in a related capacity, whether in academia, research institutions, or industry, is highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is required.

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications would be highly beneficial.

Exceptional aptitude for fostering positive relationships and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Internship or attachment experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
