Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for designated positions, commencing with role activation and concluding with the offer stage, all while adhering to Peña’s Hiring System guidelines and mutually agreed service level agreements.
Manages every phase of the recruitment cycle, from crafting and disseminating job postings to reviewing applications, arranging assessment sessions, coordinating interview schedules with panel members, and maintaining clear, timely communication with all candidates throughout the process.
Performs structured screening interviews and assists with panel interviews to evaluate candidates based on established competency and cultural alignment criteria.
