Position Description
Consultants are needed to conceptualize, develop, and execute green urban development initiatives. Their responsibilities will include leading or supporting the design of data collection tools, overseeing data gathering efforts, conducting analysis, preparing reports, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions. Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in evaluations, assessments, and research within these fields, along with the ability to deliver high-quality results. Preference will be given to those with prior experience strengthening institutional capabilities in these domains. Additionally, we seek specialists capable of serving as subject-matter experts for review teams, possessing deep experience and proficiency in the specified areas.
Identified skill sets encompass expertise in project management methodologies, proficiency in data analysis tools, and mastery of relevant programming languages. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-standard software suites and adherence to strict deadlines are essential. Additionally, a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field is mandatory, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Developing a diverse portfolio of research initiatives, including studies, assessments, and evaluations of varying methodologies—such as performance and impact assessments—comprises a core component of this role.
Responsibilities include managing the implementation of a variety of mixed-methods evaluations—including impact and performance assessments—as well as conducting comprehensive analyses to evaluate program effectiveness.
A strong command of statistical methods, sampling procedures, analytical tools, and data validation processes is crucial for ensuring and assessing data quality.
Developing and finalizing comprehensive assessment reports constitutes a primary responsibility of this role.
Skilled in implementing collaborative data collection methods and protocols, adept at applying systems thinking to evaluation design, and capable of guiding teams through participatory data validation and analysis exercises.
Developing and delivering structured frameworks and conceptual transformation theories is a key responsibility of this role.
Enhancing the team’s proficiency in evaluation and learning mechanisms represents a key focus of this role, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptive strategies within the organization.

Seasoned professionals adept at securing financial resources and driving investment initiatives are sought. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in financial mobilization and attracting capital, showcasing strategic expertise in funding acquisition and investor engagement.
