Overseeing daily operational activities to ensure alignment with company objectives, while maintaining strict adherence to established policies and procedures. Oversee and execute a diverse range of essential duties to ensure seamless operational efficiency. Provide support in administrative tasks, including document preparation, record maintenance, and correspondence management. Perform routine inspections and quality checks to uphold organizational standards. Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for key personnel. Maintain accurate inventory records and track supply levels to prevent shortages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster a productive work environment. Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements in all operational activities.

Deliver comprehensive technical support for hospital-wide electrical systems and equipment, encompassing both scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks as assigned.

Record all electrical activities and test outcomes in compliance with established departmental procedures and standards.

Ensure immediate attention to Breakdown Maintenance (BDM) requests submitted by user departments, in strict accordance with established policies.

Ensure the prompt and thorough execution of Preventive Maintenance Procedures (PPM) for all electrical systems and equipment in adherence to established schedules.

Act as a point of contact between user departments and coordinate maintenance-related matters, promptly escalating arising issues to the supervisor for resolution.

Oversee and execute recurring duties and responsibilities as part of the role’s core functions, ensuring seamless operational continuity and adherence to established protocols. Maintain consistent performance in assigned tasks, prioritizing efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives. Regularly assess workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and support team productivity. Fulfill reporting requirements, documentation standards, and compliance measures in a timely and thorough manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts and achieve collective goals. Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in all periodic responsibilities.

Coordinate and/or contribute to initiatives that involve special projects, including the acquisition and purchase planning of new systems and equipment, as well as the creation and refinement of bid specifications.

Craft comprehensive Preventative Maintenance schedules and guidelines in collaboration with the electrical supervisor.

Design and implement safety protocols and specialized device training programs tailored for technicians and equipment operators, as required.

Conduct thorough incident investigations and analyze system and equipment performance as necessary.

Craft or evaluate emergency and safety protocols governing the utilization and operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Requirements:

Holders of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power systems, or recognized equivalent qualifications, are invited to apply for this position.

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role is required.

Proficiency in computer applications constitutes a significant advantage for this role.

Proficient in the technical operation and upkeep of high-voltage/low-voltage distribution systems, switchgear and controls, diesel generators, steam boilers, laundry equipment, and kitchen appliances.
