KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

This role serves as the primary Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System within the Franchise. It involves spearheading the alignment of the Commercial Strategy and its key levers with our End-to-End processes, plans, and strategies to maximize joint System Value. As the driving force behind the Commercial System, this position fosters transformative strategic commercial leadership. Additionally, it collaborates closely with Marketing to ensure seamless commercial integration into marketing initiatives.

Lead and spearhead the cohesive Commercial strategy within the Franchise & Bottling ecosystem, guaranteeing seamless end-to-end integration.

Develop and enhance the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise in close collaboration with the Franchise and Bottler teams to create comprehensive and actionable support plans.

Focus on aligning the Commercial Priorities with each Quarter within the Franchise framework to ensure strategic execution and measurable outcomes.

Deliver the optimal BBM model tailored to the franchise, establishing and maintaining the appropriate pack architecture while adjusting in response to evolving market conditions. Utilize the “On Demand Hub” to design and implement high-impact scenarios and solutions that drive measurable results.

As the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Franchise General Manager, providing expert guidance to drive commercial excellence and operational alignment.

Source, secure, and deploy top-tier talent to execute the strategic imperatives outlined in the On Demand Hub—namely Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital initiatives.

Deliver strategic commercial guidance and final approval for all Marketing Campaigns and Picture of Success, while ensuring seamless integration into the marketing plans and processes.

Deliver strategic commercial guidance across key Commercial Strategies—ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—to validate alignment between plans and market demands.

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Produce and submit all assigned deliverables within the established deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs, clarify requirements, and validate deliverables prior to submission. Maintain detailed documentation of all tasks completed, revisions made, and approvals received to support transparency and accountability. Review deliverables for quality assurance, addressing any feedback or revisions promptly to meet stakeholder expectations. Ensure all outputs align with organizational standards, regulatory guidelines, and client-specific mandates.

Develop and execute the commercial strategy specifically tailored for the ABP market.

Spearhead the strategic commercial initiatives within the Franchise/Market framework.

Ensure the timely execution of key commercial initiatives on a quarterly basis while strategically aligning the necessary resources to drive meaningful market impact from start to finish.

Collaborate effectively with the Franchise team to consistently meet business and commercial performance targets.

Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Affordability, Premium, and RGM X teams to address critical business challenges and opportunities, thereby accelerating growth and enhancing competitive positioning.

Deliver commercial insights and final approval for all marketing campaigns, as well as the Picture of Success framework.

Demonstrated skill in fostering cross-functional assistance and inter-system coordination, particularly by leading and facilitating seamless execution alignment and collaboration to ensure that General Managers fully embrace OU strategies.

We prioritize clear and effective communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal abilities to convey information accurately and engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in crafting concise emails, reports, and presentations is essential. The role requires active listening and the capacity to adapt communication styles to various audiences and situations.

Interact proactively with senior leadership within the organization as well as with crucial customers and bottling partners to facilitate clear, high-level exchanges of information and alignment on strategic objectives.

Interfaces the Customer and Commercial Leadership with Franchise Leadership across multiple organizational levels.

To facilitate strategic alignment and implementation of Commercial & Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities, this role involves providing communication support to Franchise Leadership. Additionally, it entails collaborating with Bottler senior leaders to convey Franchise & Bottling System strategic direction, priorities, and performance metrics.

Communicating with senior executives of major clients, key consultants, and other important stakeholders to advance and achieve key business development objectives within the market.

With a proven track record in the field, candidates should possess substantial hands-on experience relevant to the role. The ideal applicant will have successfully executed key responsibilities in prior positions, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions. Familiarity with essential tools, methodologies, and best practices is required, along with the ability to apply this expertise to deliver measurable results. Additionally, experience in collaborative environments, where cross-functional teamwork is essential, is highly valued.

A proven track record of 10 to 12+ years in leadership roles within the Commercial domain, complemented by expertise in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route to Market, and Negotiation.

Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver outstanding results and achieve operational goals with a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategic and analytical expertise is demonstrated, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing capabilities.

Candidates with prior experience in Bottling Systems, Franchises, or Commercial operations are highly preferred.
