Oversee essential duties to ensure seamless operational workflow, including managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals, while monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a productive and engaged work environment. Additionally, liaise with external stakeholders to represent the company professionally and address inquiries or concerns efficiently.

Installs and configures network security software to support proof-of-concept and customer deployments.

Facilitate seamless customer implementations spanning both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructures.

Oversee the administration and upkeep of demonstration environments to ensure their reliability, currency with the latest product features, and alignment with operational requirements.

Facilitate technical onboarding initiatives and provide hands-on assistance to customers during the initial setup and product adoption phases, ensuring a seamless transition into the platform.

Engage in virtual customer consultations to accurately assess technical specifications, provide strategic guidance on implementation methodologies, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing system logs, identifying root causes, and applying debugging techniques in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Management, Delivery, and Engineering teams to guarantee optimal customer outcomes.

Requirements:

Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of practical network management experience, particularly in network security.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in client-facing roles, such as sales, customer success, or account management, where direct engagement with customers or clients is essential.

Proficient knowledge of core networking principles, encompassing TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, the mechanics of browser-server interactions, routing mechanisms, firewall configurations, and security policy frameworks, is required.

Proven expertise in implementing and managing firewall solutions and security policies from leading vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, or Check Point.

A networking or security certification equivalent to the CCNA is highly desirable, such as Compton Network+, Compton Security+, Huawei CIA, Juniper INDIA, or comparable credentials.

Proven capacity to rapidly acquire new skills, proactively drive technical conversations, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Nice to haves:

Candidates must possess practical Linux expertise, including the ability to deploy and configure a Linux server independently, establish and adjust system date/time settings and network configurations, install and maintain software packages, and perform fundamental disk management and administrative tasks.

Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms—including AWS, Azure, or GCP—is essential for this role.

Proficiency in the core principles of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
