The essential duties for this role include managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, and leading a team to achieve performance targets. Additionally, the position requires monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting progress to senior leadership. Collaboration with cross-functional departments to foster innovation and streamline processes is a critical component, as is maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

Efficiently process and input a minimum of 60 entries each day with precision and consistency.

Verify and organize data to ensure its accuracy and completeness, maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the process.

Ensure the strict confidentiality and integrity of project-related information at all times.

Deliver all assigned tasks and reporting obligations punctually and in accordance with established deadlines.

Investigate and document any discrepancies or inaccuracies in data, ensuring prompt reporting when such issues arise.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing or content creation is mandatory, with proven expertise in SEO and analytics. Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously are highly valued. Knowledge of current marketing trends and tools is preferred.

Proficient in utilizing computer software with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

Requires exceptional typing proficiency, demonstrated by a minimum speed of 100 words per minute, along with a high degree of accuracy.

Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring the highest level of data accuracy are essential requirements for this role.

A fully operational laptop is required for this role.

A minimum of one year of professional experience in data entry or a comparable position is required.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and reliably achieves daily performance objectives without direct supervision.
