Candidates should possess a strong academic foundation and relevant professional qualifications to excel in this role. Prior experience in a comparable role is highly advantageous, as it equips individuals with the necessary skills and insights to navigate the associated responsibilities effectively.

A bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related discipline is required.
