CLIP is recruiting a proactive, creative, and highly organized Training Administrative Assistant to oversee program coordination, office operations, communication, and marketing initiatives for our Leadership Training Programs.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment. Develop and implement innovative initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance within the organization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify trends, and implement corrective measures as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among team members. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to facilitate transparent communication and informed decision-making.
Oversee the daily administrative functions and workflows within the office environment.
Ensure all meetings and subsequent follow-ups are effectively organized and managed.
Handle all incoming and outgoing office communications and correspondence efficiently and professionally to ensure seamless information flow within the organization.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to actively recruit participants, ensuring alignment with program goals and maximizing engagement.
Develop and compile presentations, reports, and research materials to support organizational decision-making and communication efforts.
Facilitate the administration and optimization of digital communication platforms to ensure seamless functionality and user engagement.
