Position Description
We seek additional consultants to conceptualize, develop, and execute green urban development initiatives. These professionals will lead or support the development of data collection tools, conduct field activities, perform analyses, prepare reports, and facilitate organizational learning. Consultants must demonstrate proven expertise in evaluations, assessments, and research within these sectors, along with strong implementation capabilities. Preference will be given to candidates with a track record in capacity-building efforts. Additionally, we welcome specialists who can serve as subject-matter experts for review teams, offering deep experience or proficiency in the specified domains.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in a variety of essential skill areas to fulfill the role effectively. Key competencies include strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in team settings. Additionally, expertise in problem-solving, adaptability to changing priorities, and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies may also be required, depending on the position.
Conducting diverse studies, assessments, and mixed-methods evaluations, including performance and impact assessments, to gather comprehensive insights and data-driven conclusions.
Conducts comprehensive oversight of various mixed-methods evaluations, including impact and performance assessments, analyses, and evaluations.
A strong command of statistical methods, sampling strategies, analytical tools, and data validation processes is required to ensure and evaluate data quality.
Producing comprehensive assessment reports from start to finish.
Proficient in executing collaborative data collection methods and protocols, applying systems thinking to assess evaluation designs, and facilitating exercises focused on participatory data validation and analysis.
Developing and delivering structured frameworks and transformation theory is a key responsibility.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in relevant technical or functional areas, complemented by exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning. Skilled in designing evaluations, employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and conducting thorough analysis. Excellent abilities in crafting proposals and reports.
Experienced in delivering comprehensive training sessions and guiding group learning activities effectively.
