Maintain a graduate tracking database to oversee post-training employment status at three, six, and twelve months.

Facilitate the establishment and growth of peer learning networks while fostering meaningful alumni mentorship connections among graduates.

Responsible for administering employee leave management and ensuring the Human Resource Information Management System (RIMS) is updated to maintain precise reporting; additionally, compile and distribute monthly organizational charts.

Oversee the performance management system to verify adherence to critical dates and deadlines.

Graduates who successfully complete career readiness sessions are counted toward Career Readiness Engagement metrics.

Our goal is to achieve an 85% or higher data completeness rate for graduate outcome tracking, ensuring that employment status updates are recorded in the tracking database for graduates at the 3, 6, and 12-month follow-up intervals. This target applies to each cohort cycle to maintain consistent and reliable data collection standards.
