We specialize in producing compelling short-form video and photo content for digital platforms, ensuring each piece is meticulously edited for the highest quality. This position emphasizes efficient content creation that aligns with brand narratives and current social media trends, fostering strong emotional connections (such as trust-building) and driving specific actions (including appointment bookings, service awareness, and virtual clinic adoption).

Oversee and execute essential duties to ensure operational efficiency and excellence, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies, streamlining processes to enhance productivity, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals. Analyze performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives, while also representing the organization in key stakeholder engagements and negotiations.

Plan and develop video productions, covering both short-form and long-form content, from conception to completion. Oversee all aspects of video shoots, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines. Manage logistics, coordinate with teams, and maintain high production standards throughout the process.

Manage the configuration and operation of camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure optimal production quality.

Produce both planned and impromptu visual or written material to ensure a diverse and engaging collection of content.

Edit brief video content segments, ensuring they are polished and visually compelling. Format videos to meet platform-specific requirements, such as aspect ratios and duration limits. Maintain consistency in branding elements, including colors, fonts, and logos. Collaborate with creative teams to align edits with project goals and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends to enhance video quality and engagement. Prioritize efficiency to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

Incorporate captions, seamless transitions, and trending audio to enhance video content engagement and accessibility.

Uphold a cohesive and unified visual brand identity across all platforms and materials to reinforce brand recognition and maintain professional standards.

Export videos in formats optimized for each platform, ensuring compatibility and adherence to technical specifications.

Maintain a structured system for media files and ensure reliable backups are in place.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and presenting all required deliverables in a timely and high-quality manner. This includes ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications, deadlines are met, and outputs are reviewed for accuracy and completeness before submission. Strong attention to detail, adherence to project timelines, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential. Additionally, the role may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine deliverables and address any feedback or revisions efficiently.

Producing 12 to 20 edited videos each month, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and adherence to strict deadlines.

2–4 dedicated shoot days are scheduled monthly, with occasional requirements for additional travel to accommodate project demands.

Deliver prompt, high-quality edits for content aligned with current trends.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or extensive equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in the industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is preferred. Additionally, the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities is critical.

Academic requirements include holding a recognized Diploma qualification.

Seeking candidates with at least two years of demonstrated expertise in videography and video editing.

A portfolio that showcases a range of work is required, including documentary or narrative-driven content, brand and corporate video production, as well as social media short-form content.

Proven expertise in video editing software, specifically Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent platforms, is essential.

Possession of personal photography equipment, including a dedicated camera or a premium smartphone, is required.

Possesses a foundational grasp of current social media content trends.

Demonstrates exceptional time management skills and a steadfast commitment to reliability in all professional endeavors.

Proficiency in the healthcare, non-governmental organization, or mission-driven brand sectors serves as a valuable asset.
