We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position identified as CIH-HR-05/2026. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. A minimum of five years’ experience in a human resources capacity is mandatory, along with a proven track record in managing HR initiatives. Additionally, proficiency in HR software and a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field are essential requirements for this position.

The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will serve as the Principal’s representative, offering leadership and guidance while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs, supervising staff, providing student support services, maintaining operational efficiency, adhering to institutional and regulatory requirements, and advancing the Institute’s strategic goals.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including identifying and resolving complex issues to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and enhance productivity through structured planning and resource allocation. Conduct thorough risk assessments to mitigate potential challenges while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards. Develop and implement policies that foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives that drive operational excellence and support strategic business goals. Monitor performance metrics to evaluate outcomes and implement data-driven adjustments as needed.

Demonstrate leadership while overseeing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

Support the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional goals. Additionally, supervise academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to maintain high-quality training and foster a positive student experience.

Uphold professionalism, maintain discipline, deliver exceptional customer service, and enhance the overall student experience throughout the campus.

Oversee managers, trainers, and support personnel to uphold service excellence and operational productivity.

Drive student enrollment expansion by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, cultivating partnerships, and fostering community engagement initiatives tailored to the campus catchment area.

Oversee the appropriate use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, learning resources, and institutional assets to maintain their integrity and availability for educational purposes.

Ensure adherence to VET regulatory mandates and institutional quality assurance frameworks, covering standards such as the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is essential. Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in software development or systems engineering is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is mandatory. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is key.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related field is required.

With a minimum of five years of experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.

Demonstrated expertise in guiding teams, conveying ideas clearly, and efficiently managing priorities and resources is essential.

Demonstrates strong expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) systems as well as administrative software and platforms.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is considered an asset.
