Your mission:
This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth within the Epsom product portfolio.
What you will do:
Manage relationships with designated non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts to ensure effective engagement and support.
Drive measurable performance outcomes aligned with role-specific Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to established talk time benchmarks, and consistent achievement of effective call targets.
Cold calling is employed to identify potential resellers who may be utilizing promotions and campaigns as engagement tactics. The objective is to assess and qualify prospects, determining their viability as leads and guiding them through the sales process to finalize deals. Additionally, collaboration with other departments is essential to facilitate and secure the transaction.
Duties include promoting additional products and encouraging customers to explore complementary offerings from our portfolio.
Supporting resellers in attaining their rebates under partner programs, while verifying their alignment with programs that fulfill Epsom’s objectives and enhance their business profitability.
Striving to elevate accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status represents the primary objective of this role.
Ensure that potential opportunities are consistently developed and, once entered into the forecasting system, are regularly updated to maintain the integrity of the data.
Engage business unit leaders in high-value opportunities to guarantee stock availability.
Represent Epsom at industry events, shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as assigned.
Identify potential candidates among resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
