The Senior RPA Developer plays a pivotal technical role, tasked with architecting, implementing, and sustaining advanced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. These solutions automate critical business processes and drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency throughout the company’s insurance divisions, including Life, Pensions, and Medical. Utilizing deep expertise in RPA platforms and programming languages, the position delivers robust, scalable, and high-performing automation bots. Responsibilities span full-cycle RPA development, continuous bot optimization, technical troubleshooting, and adherence to corporate governance standards. Additionally, the role champions a culture of innovation, accuracy, and cross-functional teamwork to maximize automation impact across the organization.
We seek candidates with a strong academic background in a related discipline, complemented by substantial professional experience in the field. Professional certifications, particularly the UiPath RPA Developer Advanced, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, or Blue Prism Developer credentials, are highly desirable.
Professional Experience: Minimum of five years in roles such as RPA development, software engineering, or equivalent fields.
Industry Experience: Demonstrated success in sectors such as insurance, financial services, or technology-driven industries, with a preference for experience in RPA initiatives.
RPA Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing robotic process automation solutions capable of handling processes with transaction volumes exceeding 500,000 or delivering substantial operational enhancements.
Collaborative Experience: Demonstrated expertise in agile team environments, particularly in automation-focused initiatives.
Regulatory Acumen: Proficiency in maintaining adherence to compliance standards across diverse regulatory landscapes and international jurisdictions.
