Partner with kitchen and management personnel to maintain seamless operational coordination and deliver outstanding dining experiences for all guests.
Provide support in managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and facilitating procurement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain rigorous adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and protocols at all times.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in executing initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and elevating guest experiences.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the position is also required.
A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
