You will be responsible for:
Serving as a project leader, you will provide mentorship to junior field engineers, guiding their development and supporting their growth within the project.
Delivering hands-on guidance and oversight to junior field engineers in their daily well site operations and tasks.
Offering tailored guidance and strategic direction to external clients as well as third-party colleagues at well site locations, as needed.
Performing additional duties as assigned constitutes an integral aspect of the role, ensuring comprehensive support and adaptability to operational needs.

To excel in this position, you must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
A Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is required for this role.
Minimum of two years’ experience in drilling operations, specifically in the capacity of a Directional Drilling (DD) supervisor, is required.
Preferred experience with differential diagnosis (DDR) is desirable.
Proficient in executing drilling operations and their practical applications is essential.
Capable of determining the optimal product and service solutions for both straightforward and intricate applications.
Capable of thriving within a global matrix organizational structure, seamlessly collaborating across diverse teams and geographies.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver compelling and polished presentations.

Capable of undertaking travel obligations, which may include visits to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, and training sessions.
