Oversee the complete in-house monthly payroll process to guarantee precise and punctual salary disbursement.

Responsibilities include scrutinizing, verifying, and integrating payroll inputs such as onboarding records, resignations, internal transfers, advancements, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, unpaid absences, and all other relevant payroll transactions.

Verify that all payroll modifications are accompanied by valid approvals and supporting documentation prior to final processing.

Verify payroll outputs to ensure they are accurate, complete, and consistent with approved inputs prior to final authorization.

Ensure timely processing of all payroll-related disbursements, encompassing salaries, allowances, reimbursements, advances, and other authorized employee payments, in accordance with established deadlines.

Investigate discrepancies, irregularities, and inconsistencies within payroll data, and resolve them promptly to meet processing deadlines.

Ensuring meticulous adherence to payroll compliance standards, conducting thorough reconciliations, and delivering accurate reporting are central responsibilities of this role.

Accurately compute, deduct, reconcile, and remit all statutory obligations—such as PAYE, NSF, SHIP, Housing Levy, pension contributions, and any other relevant deductions—in a timely and precise manner.

Maintain payroll records, reports, and associated documentation in a thorough, error-free, and audit-compliant state at all times.

Stay abreast of evolving payroll, tax, and employment legislation to guarantee prompt integration of necessary modifications.

Benefits administration and oversight responsibilities include managing and ensuring the proper functioning of employee benefits programs. This involves overseeing benefit enrollment, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Support the management and governance of employee benefits programs, which encompass medical coverage, pension plans, group life insurance, and other authorized staff benefit initiatives.
