Your mission:
This position oversees the account management of designated reseller accounts while cultivating and sustaining key client relationships to drive sales growth within Epsom’s product portfolio.
What you will do:
Oversee interactions with non ‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
To meet and exceed the established Key Performance Indicators for this position, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to talk time benchmarks, and fulfillment of effective call targets, among other metrics.
Cold calling involves reaching out to resellers suspected of utilizing promotions and campaigns as engagement tactics. The primary objective is to assess and validate the prospect’s suitability and the strength of the lead, ensuring seamless progression toward conversion. This process includes guiding the prospect through the sales cycle, maintaining engagement until a successful close, and collaborating with relevant departments to finalize the deal.
Skilled in promoting additional products and enhancing customer value through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Collaborating closely with resellers to secure their rebates within partner programs, while verifying their alignment with Epsom’s objectives and ensuring the selected program optimizes their business outcomes.
Striving to advance accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status represents a key objective of this role.
Maintain a steady flow of opportunities within the pipeline and ensure their continued accuracy once added to the forecast system by keeping all data current.
Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee product availability.
Attend various shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as deemed necessary, serving as a representative of Epsom.
Potential candidates for Plus Silver accreditation can be identified among resellers through a thorough assessment process. This involves evaluating their current performance metrics, market presence, and alignment with the accreditation criteria to determine their suitability for the program.
