Spearhead the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the Bank’s performance management framework to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
Oversee the yearly performance management process, encompassing goal establishment, mid-year assessments, and year-end appraisals.
Oversee organization-wide initiatives to develop and implement performance management and improvement programs through a data-driven methodology, ensuring alignment with ongoing strategic priorities.
