KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

As the pivotal Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System, this role spearheads the alignment of the Commercial Strategy and its key levers with our end-to-end processes, plans, and strategic initiatives within the Franchise, fostering shared system value. Serving as the driving force behind transformative commercial strategy, you will champion innovative thinking and leadership across the system. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Marketing to embed commercial priorities into marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive and high-impact execution.

At this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of focus, ensuring the scope of projects is clearly defined, and assessing the overall impact of initiatives. Your role will involve monitoring progress, identifying potential challenges, and aligning tasks with overarching objectives to maximize effectiveness. By analyzing outcomes and providing strategic input, you will contribute to the successful execution of goals while supporting broader organizational success.

Drive the comprehensive Commercial strategy within the Franchise & Bottling ecosystem, fostering seamless end-to-end integration to maximize alignment and operational excellence across all touchpoints.

Develop and execute the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise in close collaboration with both franchise leadership and bottler teams to establish comprehensive support strategies.

Maximize strategic alignment by prioritizing Commercial Priorities on a quarterly basis within the Franchise.

Deliver the optimal BBM model for the Franchise by establishing and maintaining the right pack architecture, adjusting strategies in response to market conditions, and leveraging the “On Demand Hub” to implement impactful scenarios and solutions.

As the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, you will serve as the primary strategic advisor and closest collaborator to the Franchise General Manager, providing executive-level guidance to drive commercial excellence and alignment across the organization.

Skilled professionals are sought to identify and secure the most suitable talent to tackle the key initiatives outlined in the On Demand Hub, including Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital.

Deliver commercial evaluation and endorsement for all Marketing Campaigns and Picture of Success, ensuring seamless integration into marketing strategies and operational frameworks.

Deliver strategic commercial insights across the Commercial Strategies’ portfolio—including ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium—to validate that strategies and action plans align with market demands.

Serving as the pivotal Commercial Systems leader and strategic partner, you will spearhead innovative commercial strategies and drive forward-thinking commercial leadership.

The position will be seamlessly integrated within a collaborative framework, engaging closely with Senior Leaders and Operators across the Customer & Commercial Leadership teams, as well as external stakeholders, including Customers and Bottling Partners.

Drives cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, with a particular emphasis on leading and facilitating execution alignment and collaboration, ensuring that OU strategies are fully embraced and owned by General Managers.

Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and precision in all exchanges. They must effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership, to convey complex information succinctly. Exceptional listening skills are essential to understand and address varying perspectives and needs. The role requires the ability to articulate ideas persuasively, tailor messages to different audiences, and maintain professionalism under tight deadlines. Familiarity with communication tools and platforms, such as email, video conferencing, and collaboration software, is highly advantageous.

Liaise with senior-level internal stakeholders, key customers, and bottling partners to foster collaborative relationships and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

Interfaces between Customer & Commercial Leadership and Franchise Leadership at market levels across the organization, facilitating strategic alignment and communication.

Supporting Franchise Leadership, the role involves facilitating effective communication to align Commercial and Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities with their implementation. Additionally, it entails conveying the Franchise & Bottling System’s strategic direction, priorities, and performance metrics to senior leaders within the Bottler organization.

Communicating with senior leaders of major customers, key advisors, and other stakeholders to advance and achieve key business development objectives with precision and excellence.

Experienced professionals with a proven track record in their field are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a leadership or specialized role. Familiarity with industry-standard tools, methodologies, and best practices is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in team-oriented environments are essential. The ability to analyze complex data, drive strategic initiatives, and meet organizational objectives is highly valued. With a track record spanning 10 to 12+ years in leadership roles within Commercial functions, you possess robust expertise in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route-to-Market frameworks, and Negotiation tactics.

Achieved consistent success in delivering exceptional results through meticulous execution and a strong commitment to excellence.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influence skills.

Ideally, candidates should possess prior experience in Bottling Systems, franchise operations, and/or Commercial environments.
