Act as the main technical liaison between our organization and merchant partners, collaborating closely with their technical teams to facilitate seamless integration processes.
Interpret user needs and articulate how we can effectively address their business and technical obstacles.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to ensure customers fully grasp the technical capabilities available to them.
Engage with users through email correspondence, telephone conversations, and virtual meetings via Zoom or comparable platforms.
Enhance the quality, clarity, and efficiency of both internal and external documentation and workflows associated with our diverse product portfolio.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, aiming to optimize self-service capabilities, improve recommendation accuracy, and elevate the overall service quality provided to merchants.
What we’d like you to have:
Demonstrates flexibility in adhering to a shift-based schedule, including assignments outside conventional working hours.
A strong grasp of technical systems, coupled with the skill to effectively communicate and apply this understanding in assisting merchants, is essential.
Background and hands-on experience with a range of payment infrastructure platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, Banker/Paying, alongside deep technical knowledge in banking operations related to payments processing and card issuance.
Possessing a strong curiosity and initiative, you will collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments to provide outstanding support to our merchants.
The capacity for autonomous organization and the proactive drive to recognize avenues for enhancement are essential qualities.
The capacity to cultivate and maintain robust connections with both internal teams and external partners and clients is essential.
Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and impactful business communications in both written and verbal English.
A working knowledge of various programming languages, including Python and JavaScript, is required.
Authorization to work legally in the country of residence is a mandatory requirement for this position.
A background in payments processing would be advantageous.
