The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will serve as the Principal’s representative, leading and overseeing the institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the assigned campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of academic programs, supervising staff, supporting students, maintaining operational efficiency, adhering to institutional and regulatory standards, and executing the Institute’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing team performance through goal-setting and feedback, coordinating cross-functional projects to meet deadlines, and maintaining adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the role involves identifying process improvements, analyzing performance metrics to drive decision-making, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Deliver strategic direction and oversee the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

The role involves facilitating the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. Additionally, it encompasses the supervision of academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and a positive student experience.

Foster an environment characterized by professionalism, discipline, and exceptional customer service to enhance the overall student experience throughout the campus.

Provide leadership and direction to departmental heads, trainers, and support staff to maintain high standards of service delivery and streamline operational processes.

Enhance student enrollment expansion by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, fostering collaborative partnerships, and actively engaging with the local community within the designated campus catchment area.

Responsibilities include overseeing the efficient operation, upkeep, and safeguarding of training facilities, educational resources, and institutional assets.

Oversee adherence to VET regulatory standards and institutional quality assurance frameworks, such as the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) requirements, to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualification Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with database management systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate experience with agile methodologies and possess a solid understanding of software development best practices.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a related discipline is required.

With at least five years of professional experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, candidates should possess a strong background in overseeing educational or service-oriented operations.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively, articulate ideas clearly, and manage tasks with precision and efficiency.

Demonstrated expertise in information and communications technology (ICT) systems, along with strong administrative software proficiency, is essential for this role.

Candidates with prior experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education will be given preference.
