Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and development. Additionally, the position requires maintaining compliance with industry regulations, addressing operational challenges proactively, and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Install and deploy network security solutions for proof-of-concept assessments as well as customer implementations, ensuring optimal configuration and seamless integration.

Facilitate customer deployments spanning both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructures.

Oversee the administration and upkeep of demo environments, guaranteeing their stability, currency, and alignment with the latest product features.

Guide customers through the technical onboarding process and facilitate early-stage product adoption, ensuring a seamless and effective setup experience.

Engage in virtual customer consultations to assess technical needs, provide guidance on implementation strategies, and resolve technical challenges.

Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues by performing debugging, reviewing logs, and coordinating with internal teams to implement effective solutions.

Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Management, Delivery, and Engineering teams to drive successful customer outcomes.

Requirements:

With at least two years of practical experience in network management, including a strong emphasis on network security, the ideal candidate will bring proven expertise to this role.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in client-facing sales, customer success, or account management are encouraged to apply, having cultivated direct relationships with customers or clients throughout their tenure.

Proficient in core networking principles, encompassing TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, browser-server interactions, routing mechanisms, firewall configurations, and security policy frameworks.

Experienced with implementing and managing firewall solutions and security policies from industry-leading vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point.

A networking or security certification equivalent to the CCNA is highly desirable, with options such as Compton Network+, Compton Security+, Huawei CIA, Juniper INDIA, or comparable credentials being strongly preferred.

Aptitude for rapid skill acquisition, proactive engagement, and expertly facilitating technical dialogue with polished professionalism.

Nice to haves:

Linux proficiency, including the capability to deploy and configure a Linux server autonomously, establish and adjust system date/time and network settings, install and maintain software packages, and perform essential disk configuration and management tasks, is required.

Proficiency in at least one leading cloud platform—such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)—is required.

Proficiency in the foundational concepts of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
