Job Description
Execute expert alterations, restorations, and tailored fittings for staff uniforms and guest garments, adhering strictly to the meticulous standards of high-end hospitality.
Ensure all hotel uniforms maintain impeccable quality, a polished appearance, and an accurate fit at all times.
Perform routine assessments of uniforms to determine any necessary repairs or replacements.
Oversee sewing, hemming, resizing, patching, and garment adjustments with precision and efficiency.
Maintain all tailoring equipment and workspaces in a clean, orderly, and hazard-free condition at all times.
Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR departments to manage uniform inventory and ensure compliance with established requirements.
Provide minor alterations or emergency repairs to guests’ garments as needed.
Accurately document all uniform issuances, along with any alterations and repairs performed.
Maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate unwavering professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
