Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Team Leader – Merchandising, the Field Merchandising Representative (FMR) will undertake merchandising execution, uphold shelf visibility standards, guarantee stock availability, facilitate returns governance, and collect critical market intelligence across designated retail locations. Serving as the primary operational liaison for the company within the trade environment, the FMR will bridge company objectives with on-ground execution to drive retail performance and compliance.

Demonstrates expertise in optimizing product placement and maintaining shelf standards to enhance visual merchandising and drive sales performance. Ensures adherence to phonogram guidelines, executes resets and resets in a timely manner, and monitors inventory levels to prevent stock outs or overstock situations. Collaborates with store teams and leadership to identify opportunities for improving shelf execution and visual appeal, while also providing training and support to staff on merchandising best practices. Analyzes inventory turnover rates to forecast demand, reduce excess stock, and improve supply chain efficiency. Provides recommendations to management on stock optimization strategies and implements corrective actions to address shortages or overstock situations. Facilitate the reconciliation and accountability processes specific to returns management.
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with retail and e-commerce outlets, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and sales targets. Develops and executes strategic plans to enhance outlet performance, including merchandising, promotional activities, and inventory management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, sales, and logistics—to optimize product placement and availability.
