Conducts weekly audits of alcohol and liquor stock levels to ensure accurate tracking and management.
Collaborates with the outlet manager to create theme events, drink promotions, and incentive arrangements.
Compiles store requisitions, bar requisitions, and other required documentation to facilitate operational needs.
