Seeking a Human Resources professional with the CIH-HR-05/2026 designation to support organizational growth and employee development. The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will serve as the Principal’s representative, providing leadership and oversight for the institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of academic programs, the supervision of staff, the delivery of student support services, and the maintenance of operational efficiency. Additionally, the role entails compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, as well as the execution of the Institute’s strategic objectives.

Oversee critical operational duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments. Collaborate with senior management to define long-term goals, allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators, conduct regular assessments, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workflows and achieve measurable results. Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration while addressing challenges proactively.

Demonstrate leadership by overseeing and integrating the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus on a daily basis.

The incumbent will be responsible for executing the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality benchmarks, and institutional goals. Additionally, this role will involve supervising academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold training excellence and enhance the overall student experience.

Foster an environment of professionalism, discipline, customer service excellence, and a positive student experience throughout the campus.

Oversee departmental leaders, trainers, and support staff to uphold service excellence and maintain operational productivity.

Drive student enrollment growth by implementing strategic marketing campaigns, fostering key partnerships, and strengthening community engagement initiatives within the campus catchment area.

Oversee the effective use and safeguarding of training facilities, educational resources, and institutional assets, ensuring their proper maintenance and security.

Coordinate adherence to VET regulatory standards and institutional quality assurance frameworks, encompassing Quality Management System benchmarks as outlined in ISO 9001:2015.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is mandatory. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey technical concepts.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to the role.

Accomplishes team objectives through decisive leadership, clear communication, and efficient organizational strategies, ensuring cohesive collaboration and streamlined workflows.

Demonstrated expertise in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems and administrative software applications is required.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is highly advantageous.
