Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the organization’s online presence across websites, social media platforms, and digital directories.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility (SEO).
Develop internal and external communication strategies.
Draft and review press releases, newsletters, reports, speeches, and corporate communications.
Manage stakeholder communication and public relations activities.
Respond to media inquiries and coordinate crisis communication when necessary.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Identify target audiences and create strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Coordinate marketing activities with sales and business development teams.
Create and oversee the production of engaging content including articles, blogs, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Develop content calendars and campaign schedules.
Ensure all content aligns with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
Manage social media accounts and online communities.
Develop social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Strengthen and protect the organization’s brand image.
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Develop branding materials and promotional collateral.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and communication activities.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
Build relationships with clients, partners, media houses, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Support customer engagement and reputation management initiatives.
