Key Requirements
A bachelor’s degree, ideally in accounting or a related business discipline, is required.
A candidate for this role must be progressing toward completion of the CPA designation, having successfully attained the Part II level of the examination.
In addition to possessing a minimum of two to four years of hands-on experience in a relevant professional setting, prior involvement within the motor industry is highly preferred.
Highly motivated, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, with strong proficiency in numerical analysis and analytical problem-solving. Adept at leveraging standard office computer applications and maintaining computer literacy to support efficient workflows and data management.
Key qualifications include proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to extract actionable insights, along with strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges effectively. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across teams and convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, as well as a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, is essential. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is highly valued. A proven track record of delivering results in previous roles is required.
