3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations, specifically within Eastern Africa, is required.
Proficiency in customs procedures, both local and transit-related, is required.
Proficiency in the road and transit networks spanning East Africa is required.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Swahili.
Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and operating systems is required. Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet management, email communication, and internet navigation is essential. Basic troubleshooting abilities for common software issues are expected.
