Job Description
Deliver consistent Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) support services on an ongoing basis.
What you will do
Configure new computer systems and perform regular maintenance on computers and related equipment to ensure peak performance.
Provide training sessions to familiarize users with emerging technologies and onboard new employees in the proper use of the email system, organizational policies, standard operating procedures, and available IT resources.
Provide support in executing networking operations, installing switches, and configuring routers as required.
Securely maintain all staff data backups on OneDrive and SharePoint to prevent data loss and ensure accessibility.
Develop detailed specifications for computers, printers, scanners, tablets, and internet services, while ensuring necessary confirmations are obtained throughout the procurement process.
Ensuring optimal performance of all equipment within the server room through consistent daily monitoring is required.
Maintain an accurate and current inventory of all IT assets and equipment.
Work collaboratively with service providers to guarantee compliance with service level agreements and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in software development, preferably in a full-stack role, is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is necessary, along with expertise in frameworks like React or Angular. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Familiarity with databases, cloud services, and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders are expected.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business and Information Technology is required for this position.
Requires current and recognized IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, Compton A+, Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
Skilled in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
