This role involves conducting echocardiography (Echo) scans to gather critical data on cardiovascular conditions, diseases, and disorders, which are then provided to physicians for diagnostic and treatment purposes.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities as part of this role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Perform key tasks including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and achieve measurable outcomes. Maintain accountability for meeting deadlines, adhering to policies, and fostering a productive work environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and monitor performance metrics to support continuous growth and development.

Conducting comprehensive echocardiographic assessments, including all modalities, as well as 24-hour Holder monitoring for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Compose detailed Echocardiogram reports that require subsequent authorization by a cardiologist.

Provide support to Cardiologists during Trans-Oesophageal Echo (TEE) procedures.

Examine Holder monitor recordings and prepare detailed reports for the Physician’s review.

Ensure that Echo and Holder Monitor reports are dispatched to patients or referring physicians without delay.

Partner with Biomedical Engineering teams to facilitate timely equipment maintenance, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.

Maintain precise documentation of conducted tests by accurately inputting data into computer systems, designated report forms, and batch registers.

Develop echocardiographic films and perform diagnostic examinations on patients, subsequently providing the results to cardiologists for interpretation. Conduct preliminary assessments of imaging and exam findings to establish provisional prognoses.

Conduct quality control procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation to verify that ECHO equipment functions at peak performance; promptly escalate any equipment malfunctions to the Head of Department for necessary maintenance and repair.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Experience in financial reporting, budget management, and data analysis is required, along with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal applicant will demonstrate effective communication abilities, problem-solving expertise, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
