This position entails identifying, securing, and expanding revenue streams from corporate clients and business travel partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of high-value accounts, cultivating new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives to consistently surpass revenue objectives at the hotel.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee key operational functions, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to organizational standards. The position demands meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple priorities with efficiency and precision. Core duties include coordinating cross-functional teams, executing strategic initiatives, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools and exceptional communication skills are essential to drive collaboration and deliver measurable results.

Develop and sustain robust, enduring partnerships with corporate clients, business travel collaborators, governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, and multinational corporations.

Ensure that contract renewals, negotiations, and rate loading are completed promptly, with a strong emphasis on optimizing yield management and enhancing profitability.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new corporate accounts within specified industries and sectors.

Craft customized proposals and presentations that precisely meet client requirements while reflecting the hotel’s comprehensive range of services.

Craft and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance performance within the corporate travel sector.

Drive sales initiatives in alignment with seasonal fluctuations, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business prospects, and prevailing market demand cycles to optimize revenue opportunities.

Generate new business from corporate clients to increase room nights, food and beverage, and meeting and conference revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to shape strategic decisions and drive tactical initiatives.

Develop and deliver precise sales projections along with strategic marketing analyses.

Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales activity and performance reports to the Hotel Manager for review and strategic decision-making.

Liaise with potential clients and industry partners at sales pitches, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate entertainment functions on behalf of the Hotel.

Craft and execute informative familiarization trips (Fans) tailored to the needs of key corporate clients.

Ensure the CRM system contains current and precise details of client information and activity logs.

Monitor contractual performance metrics, analyze client booking trends, and evaluate feedback to enhance and sustain client relationships.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management to support and achieve overarching organizational goals.
